Blended Learning Reopening Update
Good Morning!
For Blended Learning students:
Tomorrow is the first in-person day for the green group. You will be getting a hard copy of your official schedule tomorrow during your first-period class.
Scanning opens at 8:45 for IAM students and 1st period begins at 8:50. Please make sure you are at the school at 8:45 am so you can go through scanning.
Prior to coming into the building please complete the screener. You will have to click the visitor and click the I'm a student option and complete the information. You can either print out the results and show them to the agent at entry or you can show them your results on a phone. You may also be subject to a temperature check upon entry to the building.
Remember you must always wear your mask. Scanning will be a socially distanced line. We have about 50 students that will be coming through scanning tomorrow. If you have your id cards, please bring them with you. New students will get their ID cards over the next few weeks.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ID, WRITE YOUR NAME ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND HAND IT TO THE PERSON AT THE SCAN MACHINE SO THEY CAN ENTER YOUR NAME IN THE SYSTEM.
You will then place your items through the scanner and enter the building. Follow the directions up to the second floor. You will be using the staircase by the gym to go up to the second floor. No other staircase is for IAM use in the morning.
Additionally, the Chancellor put out additional guidance yesterday about COVID-19 testing in schools. Please read this information closely and sign and submit the permission slip for COVID testing.
